We recommend that an skin test / strand test is carried out 48 hours prior to any technical service. Should you choose not to have this, you can opt out by signing a disclaimer on the day of your appointment, prior to commencement of the service.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and refund of your deposit, anything less than 24 hours will be non-refundable.
Any refunds with products, must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
