A deposit is required for all appointments – this will be deducted from your bill.
All prices are ‘from’ price and is dependent on selected stylist and length/thickness of hair. Any adjustments will be advised at your consultation.
There is an additional £5 charge if you have hair extensions or extremely thick or long hair.
We recommend that an allergy skin / strand test is carried out 48 hours prior to any technical service. Should you choose not to have this, you can opt out by signing a disclaimer on the day of your appointment, prior to commencement of the service.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and refund of your deposit, anything less than 24 hours will be non-refundable.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for a refund on any hair extension ordered.
Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase, within 14 days, and we'll happily offer a refund or credit note providing packaging is unopened and in unused condition (factory sealed)
